O & M Contracts:
We offer operating and maintenance contracts for the daily operation of the plant comprising of a set of staff coupled with invaluable MIS reports. Upon signing up for this contract you are automatically enrolled on our online data system which provides online report at your desk.
Spares for the O&M are also confirmed at a fixed cost giving the client a guaranteed outflow for their project. The spares are stocked at your site which reduces downtime to a minimum
Records prove our operating efficiency of 95% at minimum when opting for O&M contracts with us. Ask for them
Fuel consumption is maintained at lowest parameters due to the upkeep of the plant being in the hand of our trained staff
Refurbished Asphalt plants:
Ardent offer refurbishment of your own plants by updating to the latest technology. This reduces Capex costs and gives you a modern plant ready for its next life cycle
As an alternate, Ardent also offers outright buy back option of existing plant when replacing it with a new plant.
Ardent offers refurbished plants for sale to clients with complete back up of operating and maintenance contracts for a high plant availability factor complete with Buy Back of the plant at the end of the project. This offers the lowest cost per ton of Asphalt to the client that cannot be matched by any other manufacturer.
Rental Plants:
CAPEX in any project plays a vital role. We understand this and thus operate a feet of plants on Rental basis to our esteemed clients
The rental of the plants includes the production guarantee, Operations of the plant & Spares parts
Gen set for the plant is offered optionally. Coal Burner can be offered optionally for added savings on fuel
All rental plants have the same features of service similiar to our operations contract to enable a high degree of MIS reports. All contracted rental plants recieve a CRM wich includes data with regards to production done, fuel consumed, spares consumed and plant availability
Rental plants offer the client high flexibility to plan for his exact needs with fixed outgoings whether for short or long rental periods
